AGM

The last Annual General Meeting was held in Portstewart Golf Club on 14 April 2011 and reports from the meeting can be downloaded by clicking on the links below.

The next AGM will be on 19 April 2012 (Please note web date correction to match date on programme card). Subscriptions for the new season become due on 1 April of each year and you are reminded that only fully paid up members are entitled to vote at the AGM. Renewal forms are posted to members in the S mail shot.

Nominations for the committee are welcome and forms can be downloaded by clicking on the link below. Completed forms must be sent to the Secretary at least 10 days before the AGM.
