Tai Chi is a gently controlled dance-like exercise for people of all ages. It is said to be excellent for co-ordination, flexibility, balance, posture, breathing and strength, and is often used to relieve stress. In aiding us to remain fit and healthy it is believed that Tai Chi exercises help us to balance the flows of mental and physical energy within our bodies.
You have the choice of learning, improving and perfecting either the Tai Chi movements for arthritis or the twenty-four step Tai Chi. Each of these steps is a beneficial exercise for particular body systems or areas - e.g. balancing blood pressure, improving blood circulation, aiding digestion, strengthening the legs and back, and much more.
Do come and join us and experience the benefits for yourself.
