Most activities run weekly in 2 terms (September - December and January - April). A few run all year round. They fall into categories as having mainly Health, Learning or Social benefits. Some could be put in more than one category but, for all of them, our aim is enjoyment. Let us know if there is an activity you would like to see running or one you would be happy to organise. All that's needed is a little enthusiasm and some participants.
